# Overview (/en/docs/platform/account)



Your account is personal and spans every workspace you belong to. Changing your name or language here changes it everywhere.

Reach it from the avatar menu in the top bar, then **Account**.

## What you can change [#what-you-can-change]

Three areas are editable from your account:

* **Profile:** Name, dashboard language, and timezone. [Profile](/en/docs/platform/account/profile)
* **Sign-in security:** Password, two-factor authentication, and passkeys. [Two-factor authentication](/en/docs/platform/account/mfa)
* **Delete your account:** Permanent, and it takes your owned workspaces with it. [Delete your account](#delete-your-account)

Your email address is shown but cannot be changed from the dashboard.

## Delete your account [#delete-your-account]

  There is no hand-off step. Every workspace where you are the Owner is deleted along with its websites, reports, and compliance records, and its subscription is cancelled. Your API keys are revoked and you are removed from every other workspace.

If a workspace you own should survive you, use **Transfer ownership** under its **Settings** > **General** first. Only then delete your account.
